We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to work in the Operations team of a fast growing start-up. Our award-winning products are designed and assembled in Australia using components sourced locally and overseas. This role will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure we have the products to grow and scale both in Australia and internationally. We are a purpose led organisation that is focused on **improving lives, one breath at a time.**

**Requirements**:

- Component sourcing, supplier evaluation and management
- Directing/coordinating activities related to purchasing, inventory, warehousing & distribution
- Coordinating with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure availability of raw materials (as per BOM and production plan)
- Monitoring of stock levels against forecast requirements
- Coordination and management of transportation/logistics (3PL, raw material movements, finished goods movements)
- Coordination with other functional areas - manufacturing, R&D, sales & marketing, finance to develop raw material/finished goods forecasts and sourcing
- Negotiate raw material and logistics terms, pricing, agreements with suppliers (in conjunction with Manufacturing/Ops role)
- Working collaboratively with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure the supply of components and finished goods is in place to support demand
- Maintenance of agreed lead times, minimum order quantities and safety stock settings
- Work with third party logistics provider to ensure deliveries are managed on schedule
- Focus on process design and continuous improvement

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of supply/demand/inventory management experience
- Excellent numeric and data analysis skills
- Proven track record of complex problem solving and pro-active process improvement
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, commercial & organisational skills
- Organisational and time management skills with ability to deliver to deadlines
- Ability to build effective and influential relationships in a cross-functional team environment
- Enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Experience within consumer electronics business will be highly regarded
