As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, boost our brand presence, and drive revenue growth.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs, develop campaigns, and engage prospective clients in order to grow to company.

**Key Responsibilities**

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.

Create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive our brand awareness.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in order to grow our business.

Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.

Prepare sales and marketing reports, track KPIs, and suggest improvements. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent Intermic Group.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within the construction and industrial field.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
