**Project Support Officer - Major Projects**
- Based in Bentley, permanent role.

**What is your new role about?**
We’re on the hunt for a Project Support officer to provide support to the Project Directors and Managers responsible for the delivery of Project, including the complete lifecycle of concept development, option analysis, approvals, procurement, and delivery.

Your new role will include:

- Establish & maintain a cost control function for projects.
- Manage approval of project documentation.
- Oversee the project calendars and meeting scheduling.
- Assist in contract administration functions.
- Assist in writing business cases, change requests, board papers, briefs, communications, and other internal approvals as required.
- Coordinate and liaise with any internal and external stakeholders as required to deliver required outcomes for various projects.

**Our new Project Support Officer will have**:

- Experience in a Project or Portfolio Planning/Governance/Coordination/Compliance role.
- Experience in developing or reviewing executive papers and approval documentation.
- Experience in managing budgets and schedules/time.
- Competence in all Microsoft packages.
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure.
- Flexibility to travel regionally when required.
- Solutions focussed mindset.
