**Description**:
Your New Role
As the State Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership, profitability, and strategic direction of our Western Australian branches. You’ll oversee operations, drive performance, and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
You will undertake a variety of activities including but not limited to:

- Leading and managing branch operations to achieve financial and strategic goals.
- Developing and implementing policies, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company objectives.
- Driving business growth through market analysis, client engagement, and strategic planning.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and quality standards.
- Mentoring and developing senior management and operational teams.
