The Jerky Co is a family owned, Western Australia based company that takes premium air-dried meats to a new level of flavour, quality and customer satisfaction. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top-quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.

**_Opportunities;_**

The Jerky Co is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. We're a fast-growing company based in Perth with stores Australia wide. This is a full-time position that requires someone with a strong background in human resources and a passion for developing and supporting employees.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources for the company. This includes recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. You'll play a key role in shaping our company culture and ensuring that our employees are engaged, motivated, and productive.

**_Key Responsibilities;_**
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees across the company
- Providing guidance and support to managers on performance management issues
- Handling employee relations matters, including leave, grievances and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Overseeing training and development programs for employees where necessary
- Managing the HR budget and resource allocation

**_We are looking for someone who has;_**
- A Bachelor's degree in HR or 2 years minimum in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to work effectively & autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment
