**The role**

The acquisition of Citi Australia’s consumer business supports NAB's strategic growth ambition for Personal Banking, helping the bank achieve its goals faster as it drives toward being Australia's best Personal Bank.

This role will be accountable for developing and executing marketing campaigns with Partners to drive both BAU and incremental account volume across various marketing channels with a strong focus on our owned assets and those of our Partners. The Marketing Manager New Partnerships will own campaigns from conception through to post-campaign reporting.

**Day to day will include**:
This role has the 3 main pillars of Campaign Strategy, Campaign Execution and Reporting. You will:
**Campaign Strategy**:

- Develop and implement a strategic roadmap of campaigns with Partners to drive account growth goals, leveraging existing and new channels and incorporating A/B testing
- Develop a cohesive, multi-channel (where relevant) customer centric communication approach
- Collaborate with Product and Portfolio teams on Acquisition offer activation/ engagement strategy to ensure we put the best offer to market in the most effective way
- Be accountable for the digital user experience through the optimisation of Citi web properties (where relevant)
- Help to design and build out a robust process for engaging with new Partners, aligning on ways of working, creating, executing, reporting and optimising Partner campaigns

**Campaign Execution**:

- Lead the rollout of campaigns, leveraging relevant stakeholders as required
- Create engaging and effective marketing communications in partnership with our agencies, always with our target audience in mind
- Own campaign end to end i.e. from ideation through to pushing customer live, reporting and optimising in real time

**Reporting**:

- Proactively share campaign success metrics, insights, and future enhancements on all active campaigns
- Post-campaign: analyse and optimise
- in collaboration with Product teams
- the customer value propositions, key messages and creative concepts

**What you’ll bring**:

- Ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders by building a positive relationship, is pro-active and able to articulate and execute on common goals
- Able to interrogate and challenge recommendations from various stakeholders to ensure they are relevant and robust
- Proficiency in excel and data insight mining
