Our opportunity
The National Manager, Digital Sales & Marketing - Development is responsible for leading the overarching development digital strategy and overseeing various digital platforms and strategies as they relate to marketing, sales, settlements and operations. This principally includes CRM, CMS, marketing automation, analytics and social media.
The role is also responsible for identifying and delivering training to improve capability in the areas of digital marketing and privacy compliance and to lead large-scale enhancement projects and platform migrations.
The role requires commercial acumen to ensure the technology/initiatives align with the Group and Development strategy, is consistent with the Mirvac brand and reputation as well as ensuring that sales budgets and targets are met. The role will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the Group and will seek to maximise digital channels as a marketing and sales channel.
**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Financial Performance, Strategy and Operational Excellence
- Develop, implement and drive sales and digital marketing strategies, objectives, policies and initiatives
- Lead the overarching development digital strategy in line with industry best practice, current trends and business objectives
- Continually evolve Mirvac’s digital experience to meet customer and industry growing expectations
- Have a strong commercial focus that ensures each project has a strong business case, measurable outcomes and can be sustainably delivered at scale across our business
- Own Mirvac’s CRM, CMS, marketing automation, social media and analytics platforms
- Oversee the Salesforce and business operations team and the CRM strategy
- Oversee the development project website strategy, ensuring sites are delivered within digital best practice in respect to UX and SEO principles
- Oversee development’s marketing automation strategy
- Oversee Mirvac development’s social media strategy and escalate any issues to Group comms as required
- Regularly monitor industry trends and conduct competitor research to identify Mirvac’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
- Project manage large-scale migration projects and digital initiatives/campaigns as required
- Analyse and interpret digital metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the Development marketing and sales teams and wider business
- Review and approve all new development project websites
- Oversee the SEO & SEM strategy for development websites
- Work with Mirvac IT’s web development team and external agencies to develop new functionality to improve usability and the overall customer experience
- Provide thought leadership on operational issues and work with the team to ensure business goals are achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement solutions to achieve this
- Assess new systems, functionality and processes and determine suitability for Mirvac Group & Development
- Monitor Development social media twice daily on weekends and during holiday periods
- Conduct quarterly privacy training with Mirvac Development’s customer-facing teams
- Develop and manage the digital budget
- Chair digital steering sub-committee meetings and Group Digital Marketing Forum, Digital & Social stream
- Monitor digital assets to ensure compliance with data privacy laws
- Ensure that all digital assets are compliant with Mirvac’s branding guidelines
- Ensure that Mirvac Development’s digital strategy is delivered within budget
- Foster strong relationships with other Mirvac departments to ensure overall delivery of digital objectives
- Enhance the customer experience via Mirvac’s digital platforms
- Continually evolve the digital experience to meet ever-growing customer, business and industry expectations
- Foster liaison with agencies, media and suppliers
- Drive social media strategy
- Contribute to strategies for areas identified as below customer benchmarks as directed
