**The Company**
Our client is a globally recognised FMCG business, and is a leader in nutrition, health and wellness. With over 8 sites across Australia, the network of manufacturing plants produce household products used on a daily basis.

Their factory in Sunshine Coast has been running for over 50 years and has a fantastic high-performance culture.

**The Role**
Due to a recent internal move, the business is looking for an experienced Factory Controller to act as co-pilot to the Factory Manager to lead all financial and costing activities and strategies with the shared goal of reaching business objectives.

The Factory Controller will provide costing, analysis and reporting as well as closely monitoring budgeting and forecasting, controlling variances and providing full analysis and commentary around factory activities.

Responsibilities include:

- Seeking Cost improvement opportunities and projects
- Timely and accurate reporting of costs, ensuring the input of data for period end close and all internal and external financial policies are adhered to
- Supporting business planning, budgeting and forecasts
- Acting as Audit and Compliance champion
- Business partnering with various stakeholders in the business (both inside the Factory and with Financial leads in Head Office)
