Werribee and Western Automotive Group are seeking a Stock Controller to join our centralised Administration team to support our award winning multi franchise dealerships.

**About the Role**
- The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:_
- Maintaining Vehicle Stock
- Manage manufacturer Incentives/Bonuses
- Communicating and assisting the Sales Team with sales processes and administration duties to ensure correct policies and procedures are being followed.
- New vehicle registrations.
- Maintaining Vehicle Delivery Process and booking in customer deliveries
- Deal Processing
- Report vehicle sales to factory in accurate and timely manner
- Run Stock lists for Management
- Dealer Swaps

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Era/Pentana Experience is preferred but not essential
- History in Stock Control or similar role is highly desirable.
- A positive attitude
- Great Team Player
- Ability to maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong Time Management Skills
- Ability to perform to deadlines.
