JCE Positive Outcomes is currently seeking a Trainer for both First Aid and also Health Services Assistance HLT33115

**Our Training Organisation**

JCE Positive Outcomes is a Registered Training Organisation based in Canberra, offering qualifications in Health Services Assistance, First Aid, Commercial and Asian Cookery, Hospitality, Business Services, Management, as well as specialised workshops such as approved Food Safety Supervisor Courses and Responsible Service of Alcohol Courses. We are an award-winning training provider in the vocational education and training sector and have been operating for over 25 years.

**First Aid and/or Health Services Services Trainer Essential Experience & Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years current experience in medicine
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Be a Registered Nurse, Midwife or Paramedic (other medical personnel also considered)
- Experience teaching groups of students
- A current Australian Driver's Licence
- Working With Vulnerable People card

**Responsibilities of this role**
- Conducting training courses in a manner that generates authentic learning experiences for diverse learner groups
- Completing pre and post-course administration, ensuring completed paperwork is submitted to the Training Organisation promptly
- Maintaining quality documentation to meet registered training organisation (RTO) and Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) requirements.
- Motivating students to complete their assignments

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
