**The Company**
Our client is committed to improving safe work practice in the construction, rail, and infrastructure sectors, through implementation and management of safe work systems.

**The Role**
Our client is looking for a passionate Trainer & Assessor with a Cert IV in TAE and experience in Working at Heights, Confined Space and Civil Construction.

The position is based in Canberra with regional travel required.

7 days on, 7 days off on a FIFO basis or local at 5 days a week based in Cooma.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training and assessment services
- Ensure content and delivery of accredited courses meets the RTO regulations
- Assist with site preparation for the theory and practical based components
- Supervise student's behaviors and provide engaging and motivating training
- Perform other general duties as required
- Maintain a high level of compliance
- Recent work experience within the infrastructure, construction and/or civil industries
- Must hold TAE40116 Cert IV Training & Assessment qualification (or equivalent)
- Must hold valid Australian Drivers license
- Have worked as a Trainer and Assessor for an RTO
- Must hold Statements of Attainment or qualifications in the required field.
