Ezibrand has an exciting career opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our garment decoration facility.

We've got a position available as our Customer facing warehouse assistant.

You'll be reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for handling the dispatching of finished goods from our facility.

**A brief overview of the Role**

We are wholesale garment decorator, We have a lot of regular clients that send us work for their clients. We are responsible for either helping our clients to collect their orders via their own freight carriers. Book freight with our carriers for them and confirm address information etc along the way.

**As the Warehouse Assistant, your responsibilities will include**:

- Daily unloading and loading stock for daily couriers and trucks
- Accurately report and record any discrepancies and let clients know.
- Dispatching orders according to our Job sheets
- Assisting with calling clients that haven't provided address information upon placing an order or notifying them of residential delivery charges.
- Liaise with couriers and third-party providers to organize pick up or shipment matters, dispatching freight daily based on courier requirements
- Working with the packing team to ensure that the warehouse is organised, neat and tidy at all times.
- Moving pallets around for the unpacking and packing team, putting them away on racks to create space on the production floor.
- Assisting the Production manager with any general tasks they require you to do.

**What you can bring to the role**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail, you're the last check point for the work orders to ensure the goods are correct and going to the right location.
- Good team player with a desire to contribute to a team.
- Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Physical fitness as this role will involve some heavy lifting of stock and inventory (up to 20kg)
- A valid Driver’s License is essential as you will be working between our warehouses in Rosebery and Alexandria
- Average computer skills we can teach you what you need to know
- Works well under pressure to meet a deadline and have that order booked for the courier run.
- Must be living in Australia (the position is in Glen Waverley, Melbourne VIC)
