**Role Overview**:
Silk Laundry is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and hands-on E-commerce Manager to lead our global digital commerce efforts. The role is a critical leadership position, central to shaping our customer experience, commercial outcomes, and brand presence in the digital space. This role reports directly to the CEO, providing significant strategic visibility and influence across the global organisation.
Our e-commerce landscape spans four core markets; Australia/NZ, the USA, Canada, and Europe with customer traction across 43 countries in 2025 to date. At the heart of our digital ecosystem is Shopify Plus, integrated with NetSuite ERP through Celigo, and complemented by a suite of platforms that power retention, fulfilment, returns, and data, including a company-wide Power BI framework that equips leadership and operational teams with live insights and decision-making intelligence.
This role iwill work across departments and geographies to enhance our online presence, drive revenue, and deliver a seamless and luxurious digital experience. A sharp commercial acumen is essential, particularly in identifying opportunities to elevate site conversion rates and increase average order value, optimising customer journeys and shaping initiatives that convert inspiration into action.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and execute Silk Laundry’s global e-commerce strategy, aligned with brand values and growth ambitions
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce storefronts, ensuring optimal performance, consistency, and localisation across markets
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer care, logistics, design, production and retail teams to unify brand storytelling and commercial goals
- Continuously optimise the digital customer experience, with a strong focus on conversion rate improvement and AOV growth
- Oversee marketplace strategy and performance
- Analyse data across customer behaviour, merchandising, and marketing channels to inform strategic planning and refine performance
- Own the digital trading calendar, including site merchandising, product launches, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in coordination with internal and external developers or partners
- Identify and implement improvements across platforms and processes to enhance both the user experience and operational efficiency
- Keep abreast of global luxury e-commerce trends, technologies, and competitor activities
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior e-commerce role, ideally within premium or luxury fashion
- High-level expertise with Shopify Plus, across multi-region and multi-currency setups
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP and integration tools such as Celigo
- Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Loop Returns, StarShippit, and experience leveraging Power BI for data-led decision making
- Demonstrated ability to translate insights into action, improving performance across key commercial metrics
- Proven success in growing e-commerce revenue through elevated UX, CRO, AOV, and digital merchandising strategies
- Experience managing marketplace platforms and developing channel-specific strategies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to leadership and problem solving
