OTM Transport provides mobile crane truck hire or crane truck rental and transport services in South East Queensland, including Gold Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast and Northern New South Wales regions. We have a mixed fleet of trucks, including crane trucks, flatbed trucks, semi trucks and semi crane trucks.

A competitive base salary + super + an uncapped commission structure ( 20% commission for the 1st sale of the month and 10% after the 1st sales for each month )

**What We’re Looking For**:
We are looking for a sales professional to help us grow OTM Real Estate and OTM Transport. We own 2 businesses which are in the real estate industry and the cranes and transport industry.

Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate sales on the phone, door knocking and general sales.

Phone Sales: Cold calling, proactively reach out to potential leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into clients.

Door Knocking: Engage with potential clients face-to-face, presenting our services and building trust.

Excellent Communication Skills: Persuasive, confident, and able to establish rapport with diverse audiences.

Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed, even in challenging environments. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and exceed expectations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction. Goal-Oriented to track record of meetings or exceeding sales targets.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
