Chandler Macleod are seeking experienced Administration Assistants to join our client based in Silverwater for a full time 3 month assignment starting ASAP with potential extension.

Duties of this role will include but not be limited to:

- Customer Service
- Data Entry - Keying run sheets for billing
- Raising customer service orders on ERP system
- Making outbound customer calls
- Collecting run sheets as needed
- Scanning run sheets
- Saving run sheets to the network as needed

To be suitable for this role you will have:

- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- High attention to details
- Ability to work individually and part of a team
