**About the role**

The **Assistant**Store Manager role**is a** Full-time**position, based at **Balcatta, WA**. Reporting to the** Store Manager**you will join our **CSR team**and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In this role you will**:

- Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
- Assist in managing the sales and operation activities of our store.
- Maintain effective relationships with customers, and suppliers.
- Assist in contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
- Ensure compliance in your store of retail ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
- Forklift licence is essential to assist with the warehouse duties.

You will be working Monday - 6:30am - 4:00pm, Sat 7am-12pm on a rotating roster. Saturdays will be paid at overtime rates.
