About The Role
The
Assistant
Store Manager role
is a
Full-time
position, based at
Balcatta, WA
. Reporting to the
Store Manager
you will join our
CSR team
and assist in the customer service, sales, and warehouse duties.

In This Role You Will

  • Champion a safety-first culture within the factory in pursuit of a zero-harm environment ensuring to Never Walk Past.
  • Assist in managing the sales and operation activities of our store.
  • Maintain effective relationships with customers, and suppliers.
  • Assist in contributing to achieving store revenue and margin budgets.
  • Ensure compliance in your store of retail ready standards and behaviours including housekeeping, merchandising and presentation.
  • Forklift licence is essential to assist with the warehouse duties.

You will be working Monday - 6:30am - 4:00pm, Sat 7am-12pm on a rotating roster. Saturdays will be paid at overtime rates.
