Part-time Client Advisor — Assistive Technology | Mobility Aids | Rehabilitation Equipment

We're currently looking for a Client Advisor & Showroom Salesperson to join our Balcatta team on a permanent part-time basis (minimum 30 hours/week including Saturdays 9.30am-12.30pm ). What You'll Be Doing
· Providing empathetic and professional service to clients and their support networks in the showroom.
· Assisting with product selection tailored to individual needs, working closely with allied health professionals.
· Maintaining smooth day-to-day showroom operations alongside a dedicated sales and service team.
· Delivering consistent customer service excellence, helping meet and exceed performance goals.
· Reporting to the National Business Manager and contributing to team innovation and improvement.
Who We're Looking For
You are someone who:
· Has a genuine desire to help others and understands the importance of compassion in customer service.
· Enjoys teamwork and thrives in a collaborative environment.
· Brings a positive, cheerful attitude to every interaction.
· Possesses excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
· Is highly organised, tech-savvy and has a strong attention to detail.
· Has a good level of physical fitness to assist with product movement and demonstrations.
Preferred Backgrounds:
· Experience in retail, customer service or the assistive technology/healthcare sector.
· Exposure to working with the NDIS, aged care or disability support is highly regarded.
Location
This role is based at our Balcatta showroom in Perth and you'll work closely with our WA sales, service and delivery team.
