Micway Transport is a family owned and operated business with over two decades of experience within refrigerated transport. We own a modern and well-maintained fleet at our Arndell Park Distribution Centre, at Micway Transport we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, high safety standards and high food handling standards.

**About The Role**:
Micway Transport is looking for an Afternoon Maintenance Supervisor to join our busy Heavy Diesel Mechanic maintenance team in our Arndell Park Workshop.

You will be responsible for servicing and repairing Micway’s refrigerated vehicles.

**About You**:

- Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanic
- Confident leader with a focus on supporting the team
- Ability to oversee compliance and save work practices
- Industry experience, diagnostic, fault finding and root cause analysis
- Experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Safety conscious, compliant and knowledgeable with relevant Regulations, Standards and policies/procedures

**Tasks involved**:

- Supervising afternoon team
- Diagnosing
- Daily shift reporting
- Servicing
- Maintenance of refrigerated Pantech trucks, trailers and prime movers

**Skills required**:

- Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic qualifications, (essential)
- Previous experience working with refrigerated fleets (advantageous)
- HR/HC driver licence (advantageous)

**What we are offering**:

- Immediate start
- Afternoon shift
- 1pm till 11pm
- Overtime Saturday’s on a rotating roster
- Permanent role from the start
- Above award wage + Afternoon penalties

**How to apply**:
**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- ARNDELL PARK, NSW 2148: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
