**About the role**

Crushing Services International (CSI), a subsidiary of MinRes, is a leading contract crushing provider tailoring world-class build-own-operate crushing, screening and processing plants for major mining clients. This includes designing and manufacturing of major mineral processing facilities, ensuring commissioning and providing on-site operation and maintenance.

Maintenance Planner is responsible is responsible for planning all scheduled maintenance and repairs in line with current works You will be the key driver to oversee, manage, and control the fixed plant and infrastructure to achieve the operational outcomes of safety, quality, performance, and cost.

This position will report directly to the Superintendent and be based at our MinRes client site for Area C operations on a regular 8/6 roster.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation, planning & implementation of maintenance schedules.
- Developing long term maintenance plans for shutdowns
- Providing communication channels, interface and coordination between projects teams, operations, and maintenance
- Liaise to address any proposed modifications to project scope, schedule or budget and influence to minimise changes.
- Identify changes in scope of work, ensure planning measures are taken with internal and external processes/clients to reassess renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities.
- Provide Support to Maintenance department to ensure procurement is streamlined and minimise delays.
- Set-up weekly plans with consultation with maintenance supervisors

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Experience with electrical maintenance activities on a mineral processing plant or similar is desirable.
- 3 years of experience in a mining environment
- Self-motivated individual capable of working with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent safety awareness with good housekeeping habits.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid C-class manual driver's licence
