**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and committed person to join the Building Services team as an Officer - Building Services, based in our Leederville office. This role involves processing all types of building notifications, non-standard water and sewer connections and provides technical support to the Building Services team.

**About you**:
There are a few things we would like to see in your CV;
- Western Australian Certificate of Education or equivalent.
- Experience in a technically orientated customer service environment.
- Knowledge of the processes and regulatory requirements relating to the provision of water related infrastructure to the building and development industry.
- Well developed customer service skills.
- Demonstrated computing skills and knowledge of Microsoft suite of systems.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a high-volume work environment.
- Self motivated with high degree of initiative.

**Some of the things you’ll be doing include but not limited to**:

- Being a point of contact and liaison between external customers and Service Delivery for complaints
- Respond to enquiries relating to the Corporation’s policies and technical requirements concerning developments and refers contentious matters.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to support the Service Buildings Process.
- Support the development, implementation and ongoing review of Building Services procedures, work instructions and ancillary documents.
