**The Role**:
The Mid Market team focusses on CreditorWatch’s core corporate customers which number around 1,000.. A Mid Market Consultant is required to be focused on phone-based acquisition and retention, spread over different geographies. This Includes but is not limited to, warm calling for new business, upselling and cross-sell existing clients, and providing outbound and inbound customer service.

Secondary objectives include proactively providing suggestions for continuous improvement to team processes with the goal being to build an automated outbound contact strategy, and an opportunity funnel management for new and existing customers

**Your Impact**:
A successful Mid-Market Consultant will have the following positive impacts;
- High retention and low churn of the Mid Market customer base
- Increased value and colume of the Mid Market customer base
- Drive customer satisfaction via positive NPS engagement
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting existing clients with value driven activity such as support, cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Phone based account management via a contact strategy to all Mid Market customers
- The capturing and qualifying of leads, both for your own pipeline and to pass on to other sales teams
- Warm calling for new business
- Upselling and cross-sell to existing clients
- Provide outbound and inbound customer service
- Contribute to an enjoyable and successful team working environment
- Be adaptable and flexible as this is a newly created team
- Help identify future opportunities in this market
- Building relationships with customers based on trust and respect

**Your Knowledge and Experience**:

- Strong time management skills
- Ability to manage your pipeline
- Previous sales experience

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
