**The role**
Assigned to a marketing squad, you will assist with the development of world class marketing content and assets for assigned campaign activities.
**Day to day** you are to assist with**:
- Ensuring the successful production of content and assets within the squad and overseeing the creative outputs of partners including 3rd party creative agencies
- Improving the capability of Creative/Content Development resources
- Analysing the effectiveness of creative assets and prioritising optimisations
- Maintaining adherence to brand guidelines
- Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to role; and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified (risk accountability forms part of all roles, as everyone is responsible for managing risk and compliance).
You are also responsible for work which is performed within established routines, methods and procedures and may include supervisory responsibility for a team of employees.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience in marketing campaign execution with a focus on credit cards
- Experience in delivering BTL and 1:1 Communications (with exposure to marketing automation platforms)
- Banking and financial industry experience
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- Stakeholder management experience
