**The Role**:
Reporting to the Johns Lyng Group State Manager, you will utilise your exceptional organisational, communication and relationship building skills to manage the day-to-day operations of the team. This position reflects the benchmark in expertise, leadership, client and customer engagement and satisfaction for the Group.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a team of motivated individuals
- Implement & deliver against tangible business strategies
- Look for new business opportunities and manage growth
- Maintain & develop a consistent team culture, ensuring top staff remain focused
- Maintain a business operation which minimises risk & exposure to bad debt & job rectification costs
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations
- Identify & promote career progression opportunities for team members
- Be engaged & supportive of wider Group goals, strategy & direction
- Ensure all WH&S requirements are adhered to as prescribed by Legislation & the Johns Lyng Group

- Ability to lead, motivate and grow a team
- Construction or Building Trade background highly regarded
- Strong relationship building skills
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Excellent organisational skills & attention to detail
- Sound work ethic
- Computer literacy
- Current motor vehicle licence
