If you are curious & creative, invested in not only your own success but also the growth of others, and believe in building the Great Australian Food Company, then you might be the one for us- Complete set production tasks, following standard operating procedures, to meet product specifications.- Check, record and document process variables and daily manufacturing activities as required and directed.- Accountability for any actions required to correct variations from authorised product specifications when product quality or if productivity is at risk.- Accountable for actions taken that compromise good manufacturing practice, personal safety or quality of the products produced escalating concerns immediately/ timely manner- Undertake training, as required, to ensure that competencies are gained and multi-skilling is achieved. Support and assist other staff to undertake training as required.- Actively participate in Work Group, Safety and other meetings as appropriate.- Adopt behaviours, which are consistent with the Company’s values and expectations.- Perform other duties or tasks as directed by Supervisors or Management.- Ensure safe work practices are followed - including the Golden Rules for Safety -ensuring safety matters are raised and actively contribute in the reduction or removal of identified safety hazards- Maintain open lines of communication between fellow operators, between shifts and with Supervisors and Management.
