Support and assist other staff to undertake training as required.- Actively participate in Work Group, Safety and other meetings as appropriate.- Adopt behaviours, which are consistent with the Company’s values and expectations.- Perform other duties or tasks as directed by Supervisors or Management.- Ensure safe work practices are followed - including the Golden Rules for Safety -ensuring safety matters are raised and actively contribute in the reduction or removal of identified safety hazards- Maintain open lines of communication between fellow operators, between shifts and with Supervisors and Management.
