We have a great opportunity for an experienced **B**aler/ Operator* to join the team in **Wetherill Park, NSW**.
**You will have key responsibility in**:

- Ensure baler is maintained regularly and to a high standard, to optimise productivity
- Ensure all plant documents are maintained including incident reports and pre-start checklists to ensure that the Baler is isolated properly prior to working on machine
- Operate in a safe manner at all times to optimise machine performance and operational requirements
- Investigate and report on incidents and near misses, identify actions and make appropriate recommendations for improvements
- Identify risks and report those risks with appropriate recommendations and improvements
- Develop and maintain strong effective relationships

**About you**:

- Forklift Licence
- Traffic management understanding and experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to plan, prioritise and organise work demands and deadlines
- Self-motivated, and have the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
