**About the role**

As the Corporate Communications and Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing internal communications strategies and activities to ensure our employees are informed and engaged. You will manage office-wide communication and information dissemination, ensuring accurate and timely delivery via various channels.

You will lead a team that supports the development and implementation of initiatives that reinforce culture, drive change, and build engagement across the Office of Sport.

**About you**

We are seeking a creative and skilled communicator with a passion for internal communications to join our team.

You will also have experience utilising a range of communication channels to communicate complex issues in a clear, engaging, and succinct manner. Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of internal communication digital tools, including Intranet platforms, are essential. If you are a dynamic individual who thrives on managing a team understands the importance of a positive workplace culture and possesses excellent communication skills, we want you on our team
