**Ontime Healthcare** have provided nurses and home health care professionals to Hospitals, Aged Care, Correctional facilities and Community and Home services for over 20 years.

**IIME** facilitate expert Medico-Legal opinions. Our highly experienced medical and allied health professionals provide Independent Medical Examinations (IME’s) and opinions across Australia and worldwide.

Across the group there is a workforce of 120 FTE and 300+ contingent workers who are predominantly based across metro and rural Victoria.

**About the role**:
In your new position as Head of People and Culture across the Nabenet Group you will be responsible for a diverse business which encompasses Nabenet, IIME and Ontime entities. In the position you are the senior P&C leader across the group and will be responsible for the following activities:

- Oversee P&C operations across the Group
- Ensure compliance with regulations across the Group
- Oversee staff learning and development plans across the Group
- Oversee P&C strategy plans, culture, and workforce planning
- Oversee and implement P&C recruitment practice and strategy to support business objectives
- Oversee staff wellness and performance reviews
- Strategic involvement in workforce planning for budgeting and operational planning
- Manage team leadership and development involvement
- Development of leadership capabilities across the Group
- Involvement in integration of acquisitions in Victoria from a P&C perspective
- Attend Senior Management meetings, P&C meeting and others appropriate to your role.

This role is full time and based in Hawthorn and has oversight of a workforce of 120 FTE and 300+ contingent workers who are predominantly based across metro and rural Victoria.

The Nabenet Group are also part of the wider Altius Group.
- Healthcare industry or similar front line service-related industry experience desirable
- Tertiary level Human Resources qualification with considerable experience in a HR leadership position
- Must be willing to work from office due to nature of work
- Experience working in a fast-paced organization with an appetite for growth
- Commitment to staying on top of legislative changes within an ever-changing labor market, with an understanding of awards such as the Health Professionals and Support Services Award
- Proven track record in improving key P&C metrics including recruitment and retention
- Experience working closely with and reporting to executive level leaders
- Experience working with data and producing informative accurate reporting
