**Salary**: $30-$35 per hour

**Shift Times**:

- Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**Role Overview**:
As our Front Desk Receptionist / Administration Staff member, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and a key contributor to keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities from guest check-ins and check-outs to overseeing cleaning quality and carrying out administrative tasks using the “Resly” PMS management system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Reception & Check-Ins/Outs**: Warmly welcome guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and ensure guest satisfaction
- **Cleaning Supervision**: Oversee cleaning operations to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the property
- **Common Area Upkeep**: Carry out basic tasks in common areas to maintain a pristine environment for our guests
- **PMS Operations**: Efficiently operate the “Resly” Property Management System

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly, proactive, and customer-focused approach
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with basic computer and office software
- **Prior experience required - preferably at least 2 years in a front desk, admin, or hospitality role**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, casual setting
