**About the role**:
At Origin, we’re in the process of transforming the way we serve our customers to make sure we’re providing outrageously good experiences for both our customers and our staff. You’ll take on this role at a critical time for Origin as we focus on uplifting our experiences across our digital channels.

Reporting into CX Design Lead, Service, As Senior experience designer you’ll be responsible for leading discovery, design and delivery of the future Origin’s app experience.

**Why this role matters**:

- Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to understand the vision and help define the path forward for our service and a strategy for the user experience.
- Leading the team through the design process from research to solution exploration, testing and recommendations.
- Creating artefacts to communicate your findings including prototypes, user flows and journey maps.
- Providing direction to the broader team of BAs, UI design, Content and Tech to ensure the best possible experiences are achieved as your solutions progress through delivery.
- Implementing repeatable approaches (design patterns, templates, guides) across the digital design practice to minimise cost and complexity.

**What will you bring?**
- Excellent understanding of design principles, design-thinking methodology and user-research
- Ability to use programs such as Figma, Miro, Asana and Confluence (or an ability to learn quickly).
- Demonstrated ability to take complex challenges and produce solutions that are simple and clear to customers.
- Outstanding design skills with a passion for ensuring a seamless and consistent experience.
