We are looking for CX Designers who want to join our award-winning Experience & Design practice as we partner and collaborate with our clients on projects and initiatives and deliver solutions that provide a best-in-class experience to their customers and employees. The CX Designer will be deployed as part of a talented team that works on projects across many commercial, not for profit and government organizations.

**What are your main Responsibilities?**
- Make creative and effective use of all project relevant HCD tools and methods
- Develop and implement CX strategies
- Plan and execute CX research and analytics
- Build CX measurement programs ie. NPS, loyalty and propensity measures
- Create CX embedding programs across organisations
- Run CX improvement programs
- Engage in Co-Design activities with clients, employees and customers
- Map customer experience blueprints, narratives and journeys
- Conduct CX concept testing and iteration
- Host CX concept workshops with clients
- Be comfortable with presenting concepts, designs, findings and recommendations to client leads, program sponsors and executive teams

**What are the essential skills and qualifications?**
- Practical working knowledge of a broad range of HCDda techniques, from conducting customer interviews and storyboarding concepts to developing journey maps and implementing process improvements
- Proven ability in converting insight data into actionable customer experience improvements
- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and present creative and compelling solutions to clients
- Highly competent with rapid concept development and prototyping

- Strong communications skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients
- Self-starter and excellent team player
- Comfortable working in fluid client environments
- Observant and articulate with a passion for attention to detail

- CX strategy and design qualifications welcomed
