In the role of Project Costing Officer, you will contribute to the commercial sustainability of RoadTek through the provision of advice, expertise and operational delivery of day to day costing/financial, procurement and project administration services and information whilst ensuring the service provided is timely, effective and responsive to management requirements. You will organise and/or assist with the ordering, purchasing and supply of project requirements to allow infrastructure delivery related work to proceed in a timely manner. **Accountabilities include**: - Undertake financial and timesheet transactions in relation to daily costing, revenue claims - Prepare and check employee timesheets for validity of allowances and entitlements to enable correct payment in accordance with relevant Industrial Awards, work agreements and departmental policies. Investigate and resolve employee payroll discrepancies. - Monitor the financial position of projects and cost centres - Undertake "End of Month" and "on request" financial reporting to enable accurate project or cost centre tracking - Requisition and monitor the supply of goods and services to ensure workflows are uninterrupted - Provide support, advice and expertise on costing and financial administration matters to project/team members To find out more about the role and who to contact, please refer to the role description attached to this job ad.
