**Your new company**

A global European fashion brand is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Boutique Manager to join their Sydney CBD boutique to lead their high performing team. This brand has partnered with global influencers and is changing the luxury fashion industry by storm.

**Your new role**

You must be dedicated, hardworking with a passion for fashion and retail and maintain a drive to succeed. You must understand visual merchandising, training and development, and excellent customer service. You must be capable to motivate a retail sales team to consistently achieve set targets. Abilities include, but are not limited to:

- To achieve store budgets & KPI’s, increase the clientele database, and manage the daily store operations and sales team to ensure staff are trained and motivated.
- Provide support to the Boutique Manager and step into BM responsibilities in their absence
- Build & maintain the category client base to increase loyalty, acquisition, and retention of new clients.
- Lead team of 12-15 by example and providing ongoing mentoring, coaching and training
- Engage and excite the team and clients with new product arrivals and best seller deliveries information.
- Be a primary keyholder to the store - for store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Nurture and maintain an efficient and positive working environment in store
- Provide support to team members in their duties and responsibilities.
- Manage spare part requests, defective claims & online processes.
- Assist in complete regular and ad hoc reports for senior management
- Understand consumer buying patterns and business trends

**What you'll need to succeed**

Must have demonstrated fashion retail experience ideally within luxury or premium fashion retail.
