**About the Job**:
An opportunity for a Boutique Assistant Manager to join a warm and supportive work environment within their Sydney Boutique Team of 7.

The Assistant Boutique Manager will provide support to the Boutique Manager within operations and managerial aspects to ensure the boutique achieves and exceeds the sales targets. Always improving your own performance through delivering exceptional customer service and establishing business development opportunities, hosting events and nurturing a collaborative team environment.

**What you’ll need**:

- Professionalism with regard to managing luxury clientele
- People management and strong people development experience
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- 2+ years of luxury watch experience
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and key stakeholders
- Confident in business acumen and ability to evaluate current trends, demographic within the luxury watch industry
