**Systems and Process Improvement Specialist**:

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support business systems and transformation initiatives that will drive and accelerate business growth in ANZ.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Identifying business system improvement initiatives: Works with the ANZ and regional teams to identify and prioritise strategic initiatives that support profitable and sustainable growth.
- Business Support: Supports business systems and processes through issue management, analysis, trending, issue resolution, system maintenance, testing, training and administration; Provides exceptional levels of service to internal and external stakeholders
- Support key projects plan and implementation: Support Systems and Process Improvement Manager with project plans outlining work plans, timelines, roles and resources; Identifies and participates in cross-functional project teams comprised of project managers, functional experts and local country managers; Provides updates to all stakeholders of progress through frequent communications of findings at regular intervals via reports and meetings in relation to the pending initiatives; Works closely with developers.
- Change Management: Work with S&PI Manager to identify and manage anticipated resistance; Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan; Manages stakeholders.
- Quality, Compliance & Security: Works in partnership with Quality, compliance and IT; Maintains training, policy and process documentation in accordance with quality, compliance and security requirements.
- Teamwork: Is a part of, supports and works collaboratively with, the transformation & excellence team and Commercial operations leadership team.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate clear messages to a variety of audiences and levels (including developers); Excellent active listening skills;
- Problem solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Has a mature, professional and resourceful approach to problems; Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading and participating in small and large change initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere; Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Change Management: A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools; Experience with large-scale organisational change efforts;
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationship; ability to engage, influence and manage internal and external stakeholders expectations; Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal;

**OTHER**

You will have a well-equipped designated home office with super-fast internet or be able to work from a Boston Scientific office in Mascot, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Adelaide.

Flexibility to global timezones from time to time will be required as collaboration with global and regional stakeholders will be necessary to ensure success in the role.
