**About the role**:
As a Change Manager within Data and Intelligence, you will be supporting the team to articulate and realise a data-led future for Coles that improves user and customer experience by managing change effectively and leading the delivery of a successful, end-to-end and Agile change capability.

**Some of the responsibilities of the role include**:

- Enhance the understanding and capability of business owners and teams to drive adoption of data, analytics, and AI products and solutions.
- Increase the profile of Data & Intel by growing exposure within Coles by communicating the successes and value delivered by the team.
- Uplift leader capability in managing and leading teams through change.

**About you and your experience**:

- Strong experience in leadership roles focused on change management. Preference for experience within large, complex organisations.
- Experience in designing and executing complex transformational change programs, including changes in culture, structure, technology, and ways of working.
- Experience leading change teams through the entire change process, including analysis, planning, design, delivery, and reinforcement.
- Familiarity and ability to integrate various project delivery and change management principles, methodologies, and tools. A preference for experience with ADKAR®.
- You have worked in fast-paced, uncertain environments and able to adjust priorities and approaches as needed.
- Experience estimating change costs in the early stages to support business cases and secure funding.
- Experience in organisational development, including improving the skills of change practitioners, project team members, and business team members as part of a long-term people management strategy.
- Skilled in designing creative materials to engage and inspire a broad range of audiences to adopt change.
- Familiarity with benefits realisation planning is a plus.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary degree in Business, Technology, or Psychology is desirable.
- Certification in project management is desirable (Agile, PMBOK, Prince).
- PROSCI professional change management certification is desirable (or equivalent workplace experience).
- Accountable, strategic, and forward-thinking, with an ability to identify dependencies, cross-relational opportunities, and levers to enable change.
- Passionate about change management and the value it delivers.
- Ability to engage, coach, advise, and influence a wide range of stakeholders in both business and project roles to ensure effective sponsorship, ownership, governance, and delivery.
