**The role**:
In this role, you will represent the voice of the colleague and customer to define and deliver the vision and roadmap for the Banker Enablement Sub-Domain (B&PB). Your focus will be on identifying opportunities to redefine the experience of our bankers and the customers they serve. You will work with the Sub-Domain Lead and other Product Owners to define the vision for Banker Enablement and prioritise the backlog. Additionally, you will lead the discovery and delivery of new initiatives based on customer and business needs.

**As the Product Owner - Banker Enablement, you will**:

- Contribute to and lead the discovery, prioritisation and delivery of new features based on customer needs and business value
- Work with colleagues and develop a deep understanding of customer and industry trends to understand and identify key priorities
- Be responsible for an episode/ service, including colleague and customer outcomes, and capabilities that the episode/ service depends on
- Take ownership of the ultimate success and transformation of an episode/ service, with scorecard tied to episode/ service outcomes
- Report on progress and flag roadblocks to the leadership team

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive experience as a product manager or program lead, leading complex workstreams
- Knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies and delivery
- Extensive experience in implementing agile ways of working for delivery of complex initiatives
- Knowledge and expertise in business banking services and products
- Experiencer in product management disciplines within Financial Services
- Ability to work in collaboration with Technology
- Strong product owner mindset and leadership capability
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, business, economics or information technology
- Optimisation, improvement and business planning activities and acumen.
