**The role**:
NAB’s Business Lending Product team deliver lending solutions for small and medium-sized businesses across Australia. Partnering with bankers to meet customer needs, we have been streamlining our products and processes to deliver a simpler and easier banking experience to better support our valued customers.

As part of the B&PB Business Lending team will see you play a significant role in successfully supporting the delivery of enhancements to our product offering within the Business Lending Domain. We currently have several initiatives underway that span across innovation, transformation and remediation of business lending products and processes

This is not your traditional product role where you are creating and developing new products, you will be working across our existing product suite to enhance our products and processes, executing a range of deliverables in an agile operating environment that will make a significant difference to our bankers and customers.

**An insight of some key responsibilities for this role**:

- Improve NAB’s lending products by supporting and leading initiatives to simplify and streamline processes
- Stakeholder engagement and collaboration - build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the value chain to support initiative delivery and process oversight
- Delivery Management - Delivery of initiatives to ensure safe, sustainable and compliant business delivery.
- Risk and Control Management - Monitor and manage risks and controls to improve operating risk profile and ensure products operate compliantly
- Product process improvement - Identify and implement improvements across the ETE process to improve banker and customer experience, simplify products and improve risk profile

- Product owner experience in the Banking & Finance industry
- Experience across Business and Private Banking
- Strong commercial and financial acumen

Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate some key capabilities & experience:

- Ability to develop productive relationships with Tech and non-Tech delivery
- Familiar with tooling such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, rally
- Strong understanding of frontline banking systems and processes
- Strong understanding of regulatory obligations
- Strong agile delivery background

Experience
- Previous Product Owner experience
- Agile delivery and ways of working
- Process Improvement mindset and experience
- Project Management experience
- Leading cross-functional teams to accomplish outcomes
