**Seeking a motivated and organised person to build relationships and manage a portfolio of SME accounts.**

**Key responsibilities**:
Manage a portfolio of core accounts through all stages of client journey of onboarding, engagement, upselling and retention.

Key responsibilities:

- Professional account planning and engagement across portfolio
- Maximise pipeline of additional service solutions to meet growth sales targets
- Ensure utilisation of services through stakeholder mapping and relationship building
- Timely retention of all contractual responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and customer centricity.
- Demonstrated successes in being able to manage projects and critically think.
- Demonstrated success in using communication skills.
- Team player - evidence of being able to work in a dynamic fast-paced team.
- Ideally experience in B2B service sales environment
- Degree preferred but not essential
