Our Executive Chef and the team are bringing the soulful vibe of Tel Aviv, a blend of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, with a distinctly modern twist to centuries-old flavours.

**The Gig**

We are looking for a experience **Breakfast and Events Supervisor** to join our incredible Hotel. The spaces are like no other, with a fantastic team to supervise. This is a leadership role that will give room and scope to grow and have significant input into the evolution of our hotel brand in Australia. In this role, you will be assisting in running the show during dinner service This a **Part-time**role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Ensure the dining setup is complete: daily for the next day service presented neatly. coffee machines, and utensils are clean and functional, and tables are set with cutlery & glassware for breakfast service.
- Conduct daily briefing before breakfast service: Assign duties (floor staff, buffet attendant, runner, greeter). Highlight VIP guests or special dietary requests. Reinforce guest service expectations and safety reminders.
- Responsible for breakfast team weekly roster and co-ordinate with Events Manager and Bar Supervisor on cross over of team for rosters.
- Review event function sheets (BEOs) daily to understand: Event details (time, location, guest count, theme, menu). Special requests, dietary restrictions, AV requirements.
- Conduct a pre-event briefing with the event team: Allocate roles (setup, service, bar, AV support, clearing). Ensure uniform compliance and professional appearance.
- Report event feedback and any incidents to the Event Manager or F&B Manager.
- Run any IRD orders to rooms and or co-ordinate with team to action.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

**About you**

Have Background in hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment is desirable.

We want you to be able to keep your employees motivated and to provide optimal service at all times to guests. You will work fantastic under pressure, being able to multi-task and coordinate responsibilities to your team. You must have a valid RSA and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate is highly desirable. We require that you provide flexibility in your availability, willing to work various shifts including mornings, nights & weekends. You will have good communications skills and have the ability to remain calm and professional within a fast-paced environment.
