The Role

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation of our front-of-house service. You'll lead by example, support and mentor the team, and uphold the high standards that define the Hellenika experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily floor operations across the dining room, bar, and host desk.
  • Train, mentor, and support front-of-house staff to deliver professional, engaging service.
  • Maintain presentation, cleanliness, and atmosphere to the highest standards.
  • Manage reservations, seating, and guest interactions to optimise flow and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest feedback with confidence and professionalism.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service coordination.
  • Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational needs.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Shift Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar role in a premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional customer service focus and an eye for detail.
  • Calm and confident under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
  • Knowledge of POS, reservations, and inventory systems.
