Sixes & Sevens on James Street is looking for a supervisor to join our team. We are a very busy cocktail bar Friday to Sunday and a relaxed local, Wednesday to Thursday.

We are flexible with the hours for this position. Both casual, part time or full time is available

The hands on roles will include supervising the bars and floor, key shifts in the venue, supervising staff and ensuring excellent customer service standards are met and maintained, cash up and closing of the venue.

The successful applicants must have:

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role within a busy bar or restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- A strong team player, creative and self-motivated and willing to undertake a hands-on role so you may lead from the front
- Honest and open communication with staff and management
- Good cocktail and spirit knowledge and the desire to learn more
- High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
- Ability to work flexible hours, late nights and weekends

In this position you would report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for
- The supervision and coordination of the daily operations in the venue along side the management team
- Staff supervision & training
- Cash handling, end of trade once fully trained
