**How you’ll brighten spaces and faces**:

- Provide friendly and engaging customer experiences, building rapport and genuine relationships.
- Identify ways to influence our customers to try new products, upsize or increase their arrangements to brighten more spaces.
- Ensure you carry a wide range of arrangements on hand to ensure refresh deliveries suit the customer’s environment and expectations.
- Collect customer feedback, problems solve and ensure retention of our customer accounts.
- Provide high quality care and maintenance to preserve arrangements for future use.
- General administration duties to support the requirements of the role.

**What we are looking for someone who**:

- loves interacting with people, and with proven success in a customer experience focused role (essential).
- has a warm and friendly personality, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- can hustle, work efficiently, and prioritise and manage a workload to specific deadlines.
- works well in a team environment to achieve optimal customer experience but is accountable and able to deliver consistently and independently for their own responsibilities.
- holds a valid driver’s licence and someone confident and comfortable driving and parking across the city and suburbs.
