**Do work that matters**
As Australia's largest bank, CBA is committed to supporting Australia's transition to net zero emissions. Our customers are at the center of everything we do. Seeing the long term strategic value of climate analytics capabilities, CBA established a Climate Analytics function to analyse the potential impact of physical and transition climate risks to the Group, and partner across the Group to deliver decision-useful insights that inform strategy and risk management.

- Acute physical risk: Analyse the risks to physical assets (e.g., mortgages) arising from an increased frequency and/or severity of extreme weather events
- Chronic physical risk: Analyses the impact of long-term changes in weather patterns on economic activity (e.g., agricultural productivity)
- Transition risks and opportunities: assess the impact to the Corporate and Retail portfolios of changes in policies, technologies, and consumer preferences

- Lead and develop a high performing team
- Deliver on regulatory and industry scenario analysis exercises
- Produce insights to be included in CBA's public climate disclosures in line with TCFD recommendations
