**Your new role**

Your new role as Field Service/Operations Supervisor will lead a newly created team, reporting to the State Commercial Manager. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

- Supervising, coordinating, and leading activities of the team to deliver on SLA's, KPIs, targets and annual goals.
- Responsible for managing and resolving customer escalations.
- Drive team members to meet and exceed set productivity targets and managing any underperformance where required.
- Ensure appropriate coverage to deliver and exceed customer expectations, and that a fair and equitable distribution of work is given across the team.
- Ensure the team schedules work daily and in advance to technicians to meet customer SLA's and maximise technician productivity.
- Monitor teamwork load such as mailboxes, call queues, backlogs and provide feedback and take corrective action to manage workflows and volume.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in the role, you will need demonstrated experience in managing/supervising an administration/customer service/scheduling team in a fast-paced service environment as well as:

- Experience dispatching and planning work for field service team (essential)
- Experience in the Fire Protection Industry and/or Electronic Security (preferred)
- Australian Citizenship or Australian Permanent Resident (PR)
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Experience in fast-paced service delivery environment
- Proven performance to meet and exceed critical deadlines and targets (essential)
- Knowledge of Pronto / Salesforce or other ERP / CRM systems will be highly regarded
- A customer centric focus
- Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly.
- Experience working in a KPI target environment
