An interesting opportunity for an experienced Transport Coordinator to progress to Transport Supervisor.

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You are able to plan and manage labor resources to meet the day-to-day service level targets, and exceed customer expectations
- Coordinate the dispatch of trucks, drivers, and shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and pickups
- Strong focus on safety and ensure all drivers and operational staff follow OHS and site safety requirements
- You promote a customer first mindset and ensure the daily operation is maximizing profitability by effective use of resources available
- Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams. Address any issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions

**What makes you great**
- You have previous experience within a similar role within LPG/Petroleum
Or Chemical Industry
- An analytical mind-set - strong ability to prioritize and problem solve
- You are an effective communicator with ability to foresee issues and find solutions
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines within a time-pressured environment
- Able to train and provide guidance to the team of Drivers

We offer an hourly rate $40-$55 per hour plus allowances based on vehicle type.
