**Zinfra** partners with companies across the utility and infrastructure sectors to deliver maintenance, operations, engineering, and construction services. For our partners our work is crucial to maintaining the safety and reliability of their electricity and gas transmission and distribution assets.

**About the role**

As part of our Group Talent function, you will partner with Portfolio and Hiring Managers in Zinfra to strategically and operationally identify, attract and engage great trades people and apprentices to be part of Australia's most trusted energy contractor.

This role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity to support maternity leave within the team.

**Key Responsibilities include**
- Manage pipeline of sourcing and attraction activities to support filling trade/blue collar vacancies with quality hires
- Promote Diversity and Inclusion hiring best practices to increase diversity of under-represented groups within our business
- Manage high volume Apprentice/Trainee attraction campaigns including expo's, career events and outreach activities
- Provide leadership and coaching to a small team of Trade/Blue Collar focused Talent Acquisition professionals

- Project management/Planning experience
- Leading an operational team to deliver high quality service to internal and external customers

Experience to be successful in this role include:

- Trades/Blue Collar Talent Acquisition (recruitment) management and delivery
- Leading a fast paced and effective recruitment team
- Familiarity with Enterprise Agreement conditions and offers
