
Transformation PMO Analyst

Asahi Beverages is seeking a highly motivated Transformation Analyst to join our newly established Transformation team. Reporting to the Group Manager Corporate PMO you will be responsible for supporting the Corporate Project Management Office in driving capital processes and ensuring our transformation initiatives are robustly governed.
In addition, you will partner with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners to drive transformation initiatives through relevant Gates and create reports, analyse initiatives, the total pipelines, propose innovative ideas to accelerate program benefits, and rapidly resolve specific issues related to high-value initiatives or topics.
Other **Key Responsibilities **Include:
- Assist in creating various components of the monthly Portfolio Governance reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Support CPMO with respect to the administration of the Asahi Project Management Framework and tool, status reporting and financial forecasting
- Engage with various planning and resource teams to map high-level interdependencies for parts of the portfolio, providing valuable insights
- Collaborate with other Transformation Leaders to co-create innovative ideas for accelerating portfolio benefits
- Partner with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners to rapidly resolve specific opportunities or issues related to high-value initiatives or topics
- Conduct thorough analysis of key metrics related to the enterprise portfolio of transformation and strategic projects to provide insights on the health and performance of the pipeline.
In addition, you have:
- Experience in a large-scale, matrixed Beverage, FMCG or similar industry
- Prior PMO experience in project co-ordination and administration is highly desirable
- Working knowledge of Beverage Industry or FMCG
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis to enable effective decision-making
- Some experience in strategy development and execution, ideally in Beverages or FMCG context
- Comfortable in working in highly dynamic work environments
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Moderate financial acumen and ability to assess financial implications of decisions and recommendations
- Strategic thinking and framing
- Strong desire to learn and lead
- Strong communication and listening skills.
