**_About the Role_**

**_Duties will include but not limited to_**
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Booking of Pre-Employment medicals, including receiving and reviewing results.
- Collation and checking of qualifications and tickets.
- Sending and receiving employment references.
- Liaising with third parties and secondment employees to arrange required VISA’s.

**_Requirements & Experience Needed_**
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Recruitment Administrator or similar role.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting projects.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, driven & ability to thrive under pressure.
- Ability to build & maintain relationships across different stakeholder groups.
