We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to join our close-knit recruitment team in Perth CBD.

Reporting to the Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for assisting Recruitment Business Partners with onboarding of both white and blue collar employees, as well as mobilising to various projects within our Resources & Energy West business. Flexible working arrangements are available.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in supporting a recruitment team with all onboarding activities
- Familiar with Enable (ERMS) and recruitment systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as organise and prioritise competing demands
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relationship skills
